Music Tech Magazine - a new publication for people who create, record and edit their own music. Our mission is simple: to help you get more out of your music, no matter what instruments you want to record. From guitars to vocals, keyboards to saxes, pianos to percussion, or even your computer - whatever you use to generate your music, there will be something in Music Tech Magazine to help you.
To achieve our aim, each issue includes a large selection of features focused on helping you to improve the Method of your music making. These articles vary between computer-based studio tutorials on all the main sequencing packages and more; knowledge features discussing the theory behind music, sound and recording technology; and practical advice on all aspects of recording from experienced practitioners. And despite this variety, you can always expect all our features to have one thing in common - they're written by people who are experts in their field.
We also offer an extensive Reviews section, where you'll find all the latest software and hardware releases dissected, tested and rated by our independent and authoritative product journalists. And finally, to keep you up-to-date with the latest developments in creating, recording and editing music, every issue starts with all the News and views from within the industry and education sectors, including personal columns from such industry luminaries as Phil Ward. Each and every issue of Music Tech Magazine comes with a CD-ROM packed full of high quality samples, free and demo software and all the essential tutorial files you need to integrate with the walkthroughs in the magazine.
